All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted without written authorization and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Delaire USA, Inc. 100% inspects all products manufactured by the Company and performs quality tests according to customer specifications. Delaire USA, Inc. will repair or replace any defective products manufactured by the Company determined not to have been misused or mishandled. Misuse and mishandling are determined on a case-by-case basis by Delaire USA, Inc. In no event shall Delaire USA, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the materials or products, even if Delaire USA, Inc. has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
