Delaire USA is a custom manufacturer specializing in RF and Fiber Optic cables and assemblies for military (land/sea/air) and telecommunication applications. We have extensive experience in military vehicle cables in support of Triton and Vehicular Intercom Systems. In addition, we supply soldier radio cables that are compatible with all major radio manufacturers.

History
Delaire USA, Inc. was established in 1994 by Lorraine Hallock. Delaire is a manufacturer of custom cable assemblies for RF and fiber optic applications. In addition, we specialize in precision-engineered, niche RF and fiber optic systems/subsystems. Delaire provides expertise in system integration and technical design. During our 30+ years in business, we have established a track record within all branches of the Armed Forces, numerous Fortune 500 companies, and within the telecommunications equipment industry.

Quality
Delaire USA, Inc. is committed to providing quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements, as well as the expectations of all interested parties. We accomplish this by establishing, monitoring, and reviewing our quality objectives and their results to continually improve our Quality Management System and products.

Delaire 100% tests all products prior to shipment. All personnel participate in the quality process and regularly scheduled management meetings are held to assess areas for continual quality improvement. Daily production meetings are held to keep personnel informed of project significance and to maintain enthusiasm for quality level.

Our assembly personnel are certified to IPC620 and we use IPC610, IPC620, and J-STD as our default standards to which our products are built unless customer requirements state otherwise. When that occurs, experience and training have greatly enhanced the understanding and acceptance of customer specific work standards.

Resources
In accordance with our ISO 9001 Certification, every job at Delaire has a manufacturing and test plan that includes in-process and final inspection requirements. All positions at Delaire are cross-trained, allowing us the ability to add additional shifts as necessary.

Delaire uses a full Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system that carries information from sales order entry into the system to develop purchasing requirements. Through this system we are able to maintain stock, segregate inventory, establish and maintain minimums, and provide lot and serial number tracking. In addition, we can provide serialized test data that is stored on our secure server. Our testing personnel perform in-process and final inspections and ensure that special detailed packaging requirements are followed.
